It's hard to write a review without using the clichés - so knowledgable, kind, patient, and willing to work with me - not because they're untrue, but because they don't do Carissa justice. She spent 30 minutes just talking with me about my hair before ever booking an appointment and when it was time to get my haircut, she used the knowledge she'd gained from our consultation, combined it with her magic powers, and gave new life to my pixie cut! Anyone can cut long layers, but not anyone can handle a pixie. Carissa can. At my last cut, she had a new shop assistant, Callie (I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong), who was sweet, accommodating, and ready to help with anything. Cannot recommend Carissa and her team enough. Her salon is just such a happy place. Thank you so much!
